Food stalls in Visakhapatnamare may missing the safety norms

Do you eat food on the food stalls?
Are you a lover of street food then this blog is for you.

In this blog, the safety issues regarding the Food are discussed

In Vishakhapatnam, food sold in a food store is not registered with the Standards Authority of India. They don't provide food safety in Vizag. recently the information came out in the survey with the help of the consumer right organization.

The government rule is, when food produce, packed and processed, it must be registered with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, without FSSAI it should not be sold. When FSSAI  gives the certificate to a particular shop or store, it gives all information about the manufacture, storage, distribution, sales & import of food & provides the safety of foods. according to the FSSAI rule, it is compulsory to mention the date of expiry, ingredients, production place etc.it also provide consumer care number on the food package.

In the FSSAI Survey of All small and big food stalls, they saw some food package problems. some food packages did not have FSSAI registration or license. some food package FSSAI registration expired, they did not renew it.

Consumer Rights Organisation vice-president told about this .maximum shopkeeper sold food items that they brought from other companies or wholesale stores. they don't know about how food made or processed before packaging, in how condition food made in the company. very minimum storekeepers made food in his store or shop, but they are not followed by FSSAI rules and regulations when they making food.

When the Assistant Food controller of Vishakhapatnam G Nandaji announced " Each and every food businessmen must know they have been certified by Food Safety and Standard Authority of India. All food businessmen, small food shopkeeper, big food shopkeeper whose annual income is less 12 lac, it is compulsory to get FSSAI Registration and whose annual income greater than 12 lac, it is compulsory to get FSSAI license." then after G Nanood Saji said

if any query and error found while inspection going then a notice will be given to the particular shop establishment. if the store doesn't follow rules and regulations after the notice time then it will be very punished.it is for all small size or big size food businessmen and storekeepers. packaging rules are compulsory for all packaged food and sold food. inspection is done by the legal metro-logy department. if any violence by storekeeper or food businessmen then it will be case registered.

Nowadays, food safety is very important. minimum food shopkeepers and food businessmen follow the government rules and regulations about food safety. maximum shopkeepers don't follow government rules, they sold expire food in the package for some money profit, but they don't know how it is dangerous for people. it affects people's health.

it can generate some viruses in people's bodies. government should take fast action about food inspection. The government should take strong action opposite to such kind of people who sold expiry and bad food. small or big shopkeepers, food businessmen have a responsibility to provide good food in society but some self minded people don't think about people's health, they only think about earning money. they play with people's lives. in the survey of the Vishakhapatnam government, only 25% of the shops have FSSAI registration or license.
