#Working of PDCA in ISO 45001

The ISO standards work on the framework of clauses, and there are a total of ten clauses as stated above, and that is number from zero to ten in ISO 45001 standard, i.e. Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The ISO 18001 was the old ISO standard which is now updated as the ISO 45001. There were only four clauses in the ISO 18001 standard which is now updated to ten by creating minor and significant changes in the clauses so that it can be integrated with the other ISO Certification.

1- Plan-  The clause from 4 to 6 is considered in the Planning component of the PDCA cycle. By integrating all these clauses, the organization had to work on the growth of the organization.

2- Do- Clause 7 and 8, i.e. support and operation are included in this component. By following these clauses, the implementation of the plan is done.

3- Check- This component includes the nine clause, i.e. Performance and Evaluation. Basically, by following the clause, the results are analyzed and monitored.

4- Act- Clause 10, i.e. improvement, is considered in this component, and by following the procedures of the clause, the actions and decisions are taken.

Conclusion:-

The organization won't know the working of the PDCA cycle, and the blog facilitates it by explaining the operation in brief. Any organization can implement the PDCA cycle for continual improvement by achieving the ISO Certification Online
