name, your date of birth, name of the RTO, the old and the new state with the

will reflect on the page like cell number, Aadhar card number, qualifications,

license and then you have to tap on “issue of NOC” to move forward for getting
the certificate.

you have to do manual verification by filling the captcha and click on the
“submit” button for further processing

this you will get the acknowledgement in the next page which shows the
necessary details and the service you have requested. In this case it is the
NOC issuance. To move ahead after this you have to click on “Proceed” option
Step 10: The next step for you is to upload the
necessary documents like address proof, age proof and form 1 which is an
application and declaration for your physical fitness and proceed ahead

photograph and signature and click on “Next” after which you will get to see
“upload and view files” option

option to choose “DL Slot Book”, after choosing this option click on “Next” key

class of Vehicle should be selected and tick mark the “Proceed to book” key

the availability of your time as there will be option to choose the time slot
Step 15: A SMS is sent to your registered cell number
and you will get to see an appointment letter which you must print and take
with you when you visit the RTO office

get the driving license with your new address.
